As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Industrial, you will effectively manage both small and large-scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation. This role encompasses all duties performed by a Project Manager while adding a layer of strategic oversight. You will lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts, negotiate contract terms, and ensure strict adherence to HITT's safety standards and policies. Your day-to-day involves monitoring project progress through updated schedules, resolving scope problems with subcontractors, and ensuring the timely completion of closeout processes. Additionally, you will be instrumental in acquiring new work and maintaining positive relationships with the subcontractor community and existing clients.
