About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will effectively manage both small and large-scale commercial construction projects from discovery and design through development and implementation. This role encompasses all duties of a Project Manager while adding a strategic layer of leadership. You will lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts, negotiate contract terms with clients, and ensure strict adherence to HITT's safety standards and policies. Your day-to-day involves monitoring project progress through updated schedules, resolving scope problems with subcontractors, and ensuring the timely completion of closeout processes. You will also play a key role in business development by acquiring new work and maintaining existing client relationships, all while fostering a positive subcontractor community.

Requirements
- verified10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- verifiedFour-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business (or additional work experience in lieu of degree)

- verifiedProficient in Microsoft suite
