About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for the construction project, developing, coordinating, and managing all facets necessary to deliver on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. You will act as the vital liaison between project team members, promoting the interests of both the business and our clients while demonstrating the characteristics of a mid-level leader.
In this role, you will foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, approaching all situations with a customer service-oriented attitude. You will be responsible for coaching and training assistant-level operations team members, ensuring the team sustains existing client relationships while developing new ones. Your leadership will drive the project from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring adherence to HITT's standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

- verified5+ years experience in commercial construction

Nice to Have
Four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business.
