The Collision Customer Service Representative (CSR) at The Boyd Group serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the entire collision repair process. Operating within a performance-driven, safety-focused environment, you will manage the full lifecycle of a repair, from initial intake and estimates to scheduling, status updates, and final delivery. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional service experience while coordinating seamlessly with insurers, estimators, and technicians.
In this role, you will open repair orders, verify customer and vehicle information, and communicate with insurance providers regarding claims and authorizations. You will be responsible for scheduling vehicle drop-offs, rentals, and deliveries to optimize shop capacity, while providing timely updates to manage customer expectations on repair timelines. Additionally, you will review final invoices, explain work performed, and maintain accurate records in shop management and CRM systems.
