About the Role

The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) serves as the vital first point of contact and the face of our Dr. Phillips center. This role is designed to ensure efficient center operations while acting as a dedicated liaison to foster ongoing patronage. You will be the warm, welcoming presence that greets clients, guiding them through their journey with personalized care tailored to their specific needs and goals.

In this position, you will do more than manage the front desk; you will actively engage with clients to understand their needs, introduce them to our services and retail products, and ensure they feel supported throughout their visit. By balancing administrative duties with genuine human connection, you help maintain a safe, compliant, and collaborative atmosphere where both clients and team members thrive.
