About the Role
As a Collision Auto Body Technician, you will be the cornerstone of our Automotive department, responsible for restoring collision-damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role exists to ensure every vehicle leaving our shop meets rigorous OEM and safety specifications. You will work with modern tools, advanced equipment, and comprehensive repair data to execute precise bodywork, panel replacements, and structural repairs. Your day will involve collaborating closely with estimators to review damage reports, disassembling and reassembling vehicles, and preparing surfaces for painting. Beyond the technical execution, you will maintain a clean, organized workspace and document your work to keep the entire team informed, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
