As a Collision Body Technician, you will be the expert responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role is vital to ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our repair operations. You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform structural and cosmetic repairs, panel replacement, frame and uni-body straightening, and refinishing, all strictly adhering to OEM and industry standards.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to ensure a smooth workflow and the on-time delivery of completed vehicles. Your day will involve disassembling and reassembling vehicles, conducting precise structural and non-structural repairs, and executing high-quality paint jobs that meet Gerber Collision & Glass standards for color matching and finish. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in mentoring less experienced technicians, contributing to a team-focused environment dedicated to continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
