About the Role

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Your work involves more than just repairs; it is about restoring confidence for our customers. You will collaborate closely with Collision Estimators to assess damage and prepare comprehensive repair plans, ensuring all necessary repairs are identified to minimize time and eliminate supplements.

Your day will involve a variety of hands-on tasks, from disassembling vehicles and removing upholstery to mend damaged bodies by hammering, filling dents, and welding broken parts. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, cutting torches, and spray guns, to execute precise repairs. Once repairs are complete, you will file, grind, and sand surfaces before handing the vehicle over to the Paint Department, and finally, inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to verify compliance with our rigorous safety and quality standards.
