As a Mobile Diagnostic Technician, you will serve as a critical link between our customers and advanced automotive technology, ensuring seamless support for our Autel scanning units.
In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to assist customers with complex vehicle technology issues. Your day will involve answering inbound and outbound calls, conducting research to resolve technical challenges, and explaining scanning procedures with clarity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and effective communication are key to delivering personable and friendly service to both internal and external stakeholders.
We offer a competitive compensation package of up to $42.00 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from day one. Our team culture emphasizes growth, offering paid skilled trainings and certifications such as I-CAR and ASE, along with paid vacation and holidays.
