We are seeking a Simulation Center Faculty member to collaborate in teaching, curricular development, and the integration of simulation pedagogy. In this role, you will use simulation to provide high-quality learning experiences to undergraduate and graduate nursing students. You will organize, facilitate, and evaluate simulation events, ensuring alignment with Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice (HSSBP) and national accreditation standards.
Your day will involve developing curriculum and leading skills practice labs, while working closely with the Executive Director of Simulation to maintain operations. You will also partner with lead faculty of the undergraduate Foundations of Clinical Nursing course, teaching a clinical group one day per week in both classroom and simulation center settings. Additionally, you will contribute to a mentoring process for simulation faculty and lead community outreach activities, such as summer camps and high school tours.
