Position Overview
The Cocktail Server plays a vital role in delivering an elevated guest experience on the casino floor. This position is dedicated to providing attentive, accurate, and professional beverage service while supporting smooth operations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
All duties are performed in strict accordance with departmental policies and The Venetian Resort's established practices and procedures. Team members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, observing the Company's standards and rules of conduct.
About the Role
In this dynamic environment, you will be the face of hospitality, greeting guests warmly and introducing yourself to establish a personal connection. Your day involves proactively identifying service opportunities and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide, offering personalized recommendations on signature cocktails, wine selections, and specialty offerings while ensuring timely service that meets departmental round-time standards.
Beyond beverage service, you will maintain a clean, orderly, and visually appealing casino floor by clearing debris and used glassware. You will also act as an information hub, providing accurate directions and details about The Venetian Resort's services, features, attractions, promotions, and special events. A key part of your role involves developing expertise in the Venetian Rewards program to assist guests effectively.

Requirements
