Highgate is a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company widely recognized as an innovator in the industry. With a dominant presence in major U.S. gateway cities including New York, Boston, Miami, San Francisco, and Honolulu, alongside a growing footprint in the Caribbean and Latin America, Highgate provides expert guidance through all stages of the property cycle. Located at 1530 Main Street, The Joule is a Forbes four-star boutique hotel housed in a neo-Gothic landmark building originally constructed in the 1920s as the Dallas National Bank. Once a dominant force in the downtown skyline during the era of Dallas banking and West Texas oil booms, the building was transformed from a vacant structure into a cultural, shopping, and dining destination following massive renovations in 2008. Aptly named after the international unit of energy, The Joule brought a charge to downtown Dallas and has since become a forerunner in the renaissance of the city.
As a Server at The Joule, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience through refined service, expert menu knowledge, and anticipatory hospitality. This role requires grace, precision, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards. You will ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed, attentively cared for, and delighted from arrival to departure, consistently reflecting the hotel's elevated brand of service excellence. Your day will involve guiding guests through food and beverage selections, executing elegant table service, and collaborating seamlessly with culinary and bar teams to ensure a flawless dining flow.
Highgate Hotels is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and guests.
