The Role
As a Closing Cook at our Durham, NC location, you will be the final link in our service chain, ensuring our guests leave with a smile and our restaurant is ready for the next day. You will join a motivated, supported, and empowered team dedicated to hospitality and integrity. This role is about more than just cooking; it is about maintaining the high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness that define our brand while collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations during the closing shift.
