About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues to ensure all job duties are performed to standard. You will be responsible for managing cashflow, controlling costs through the proper use of paper, labor, food, and utilities, and monitoring shift activity to ensure compliance with food and safety regulations. From opening and closing procedures to handling unexpected occurrences, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
