This position is dedicated to providing routine daily nursing care and services to residents, ensuring their well-being in strict accordance with their individual assessment and care plans. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, creating an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and a calm environment throughout the unit. Your role is vital in supporting residents through their daily routines, from personal hygiene and meal assistance to mobility support and restorative procedures.
You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to identify and correct problem areas, ensuring that every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care. Whether greeting new arrivals, assisting with transfers, or monitoring vital signs, your efforts directly contribute to the comfort and safety of the community we serve.
Candidates must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant. CPR certification is preferred. Interested applicants should submit their credentials to demonstrate their ability to meet the essential functions of the role, including the physical demands of lifting and moving residents and the cognitive skills required to interpret care plans and report changes in resident conditions.
