About the Role
This position is dedicated to providing routine daily nursing care and services to residents, ensuring their well-being in strict accordance with their individual assessment and care plans. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, creating an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and a calm environment throughout the unit. Your role is vital in supporting residents through their daily routines, from personal hygiene and meal assistance to mobility support and restorative procedures.
You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to identify and correct problem areas, ensuring that every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care. Whether greeting new arrivals, assisting with transfers, or monitoring vital signs, your efforts directly contribute to the comfort and safety of the community we serve.
Application & Hiring
Candidates must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant. CPR certification is preferred. Interested applicants should submit their credentials to demonstrate their ability to meet the essential functions of the role, including the physical demands of lifting and moving residents and the cognitive skills required to interpret care plans and report changes in resident conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents into and out of beds or chairs
- check_circleMaintain resident confidentiality and report suspected violations of protected health information
- check_circleMonitor resident food and fluid intake and report changes in eating habits to supervisors
- check_circleParticipate in shift meetings to identify problem areas and improve nursing services
- check_circleIdentify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments or serving meals
- check_circleObserve and report pressure areas, skin breakdowns, injuries, and disoriented or comatose residents
- check_circleTransport residents to new rooms, medical tests, and assist with loading or unloading vehicles
- check_circleEnsure resident rooms are prepared for admission and assist with packing or transferring personal possessions
- check_circleReport changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and complaints to the Nurse Supervisor
- check_circleAssist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care
- check_circleMeasure and record vital signs such as temperatures, pulses, respirations, weight, and height
