Part of Campbell County Health’s comprehensive system of care facilities, the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center is a long-term care facility located in Gillette, Wyoming. About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our night shift, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents. You will ensure the highest degree of quality care is delivered at all times, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing long-term care and assisted living facilities. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment where residents can rest and recover.

- check_circleEnsure compliance with HIPAA policies and maintain resident confidentiality

- check_circleReport changes in residents' conditions to the Nursing Supervisor
- check_circleRecord residents' fluid and food intake
- check_circlePerform vital signs, blood pressure, and weights as directed
- check_circleAssist residents with dressing, undressing, and ambulation
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedGraduate of a State-approved CNA program
- verifiedCPR Certification within 30 days of hire
- verifiedCurrent CNA license in the State of Wyoming
