About the Role

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will be the vital link between residents and the nursing team, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, you will play a key part in maintaining the dignity and well-being of those in our care.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with essential activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and oral hygiene. Your day will involve helping residents with mobility, ranging from range of motion exercises to ambulation and transfers to wheelchairs. You will also monitor vital signs, record intake and output, and document care provided on flow sheets. Beyond clinical tasks, you will attend interdisciplinary meetings to contribute to resident care plans and ensure that care is person-centered, respecting individual preferences and needs.

Shifts and Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles:

Full-time: Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Part-time: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening shift).

Note: Differential pay is available for Night of Care (NOC) and weekend shifts.
