Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is a dynamic company dedicated to excellence in delivering long-term care to every patient, every day. We take pride in our unique culture, highlighted by our "ROCKStar" recognition program (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness). This initiative gamifies team success, allowing members to level up monthly and compete for a spot at the annual FPACP Gala. It is a fun, competitive way to celebrate the contributions of team members, residents, families, volunteers, and business partners alike.
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily care, ensuring resident safety while assisting with essential activities of daily living. You will follow assignment schedules set by the charge nurse, respond promptly to call lights, and utilize electronic medical records for charting. The role requires physical stamina to safely lift, move, and transfer residents, ensuring a supportive and protective environment for all.
FPACP offers a supportive environment where your contributions are recognized. We provide excellent compensation, including six holidays, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental plans. We also offer generous PTO and the flexibility of DailyPay, allowing you to access your earnings on your own schedule.
