The CMMS Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for the Facilities, Cranes, and Inventory Departments at the Bayport Maintenance site. This role is dedicated to the effective administration, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
In this position, you will ensure that all preventive and reactive maintenance tasks are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to manage data entry, maintain equipment log structures, and assist in training users on system tools. A key part of your mission is to preserve data integrity to sustain critical KPIs, such as downtime causes and equipment availability, while contributing to the continuous improvement of standard operating procedures. You will utilize analytical skills and critical thinking to drive departmental performance, develop forecasting tools, and support the Master Plan development for container and general cargo facilities.
