As the Deputy CMC Program Manager, you will join a culture that inspires employees to envision the impossible, perform with excellence, and build incredible products. You will lead and develop a team of Senior Project Managers, ensuring they have clear objectives, career growth plans, and the resources needed to succeed. You will own the program baseline, maintaining the schedule, cost targets, and risk register while driving corrective actions to keep the program on time and on budget.
You will serve as the primary liaison for the Navy Program Office, shipyard partners, and internal engineering leads, championing customer intimacy and transparent reporting. Your role involves reviewing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) updates, variance analysis, and executive briefings, as well as leading the team to effectively identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues. As a people and culture champion, you will model Lockheed Martin's core values and mentor emerging talent.

This position is onsite full-time and will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility, ranging from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week to condensed schedules that provide additional time away from the office.
