About the Role
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter serves as the primary product expert for the CLUB, delivering world-class service to guests while introducing them to the benefits of membership. This role is dedicated to creating a pleasant and productive shopping experience, acting as the face of the CLUB Booth to acquire and activate new members, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance.
As a CLUB advocate, you will be responsible for executing operational programs, demonstrating products, and maintaining accurate inventory. The position requires a blend of sales expertise and customer care, where you will process payments, answer account questions, and provide peer coaching to support the team. You will also adapt to business needs by providing service across various areas of the store.
