As a Sales Lead at our Bragaw store, you will serve as a vital link between our team and our customers. This role is designed for someone passionate about wine, beer, or spirits who loves helping others discover new favorites. You will engage with customers to identify their shopping needs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with top-notch service.
Beyond direct customer interaction, you will play a key role in driving sales by encouraging the team to "build the basket" through thoughtful product recommendations. You will also educate customers on company initiatives, exclusive products, and special offerings like the wine club. As a leader, you will help motivate and energize sales associates to maintain a focus on exceptional customer service while supporting the store management team in keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
