This position is designed to support the sales function by performing critical administrative tasks related to sales contract processing and closing. You will serve as a vital link between the community, homebuyers, and internal departments, ensuring a seamless transition from contract to closing.
In this role, you will work closely with buyers to assist in the preparation of closing documents and contracts. Your day-to-day involves verifying the accuracy of all contracts and change orders, inputting customer selections into our systems, and maintaining detailed files. You will coordinate with the Construction and Sales departments to schedule requirements for timely walkthroughs and closings, while also assisting buyers with mortgage loans and resolving issues with title companies to facilitate a smooth closing experience.
