Key Responsibilities
- check_circleParticipate in study start-up, conduct, and closeout activities
- check_circleCollect and review site regulatory documents for accuracy and completion
- check_circleAssemble and distribute regulatory binders to clinical sites
- check_circleSupport project management activities including meeting minutes and tracking screening/enrollment
- check_circleAssist with preparation and distribution of investigator site contracts and budgets
- check_circleMaintain the Trial Master File and perform periodic reviews and QC
- check_circleReview Investigational Drug Brochures, protocols, CRFs, and Informed Consent Forms for thorough understanding
- check_circleExecute study activities according to study protocol, regulatory guidelines, and operational plan
- check_circleManage the oversight of sample collection including tissue, lab, and PK samples
- check_circleDraft and prepare trial-related documents, tools, and templates
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in biological sciences or related discipline
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- verifiedExperience with CTMS systems preferred
