Our mission is to provide exceptional care by preventing illness, restoring health, and offering comfort to all who entrust us with their well-being. We are committed to whole-person care, investing in the well-being of our team members, and enriching their careers alongside the patients we serve.
This position serves as a vital support pillar for the clinical team, providers, and patients at the Centennial Lakes location. The role exists to ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality healthcare services by bridging administrative efficiency with compassionate patient interaction. In this role, you will work a day shift on an 8/12 combo schedule with no weekend rotation, supporting Primary Care operations. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of administrative coordination and clinical support. You will manage appointment logistics, handle scheduling errors, and follow up on no-shows to optimize provider schedules. You will greet patients, verify identities, and prepare them for their visits, whether in-person or virtual.
Beyond the front desk, you will play an active role in the clinical workflow. This includes documenting patient information in electronic medical records, preparing forms for provider signatures, and performing specific patient care tasks such as taking vitals or administering questionnaires based on your training. You will also maintain the physical environment by cleaning and restocking exam rooms, managing medical supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sterilized. Safety is a core component of the role, requiring daily checks of crash carts, sharps containers, and safety equipment.

A current BLS certification (from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or through Allina in-house training within 30 days of hire) is required.
