We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Time Behavioral Health Technician to join our growing team on the graveyard shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM PST). In this role, you will be an essential part of the treatment team, working directly to maintain client wellbeing and the integrity of our program.
You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals. Your day will involve providing emotional support, guidance, and supervision to clients and their families while ensuring a safe and comfortable residential environment. From facilitating group activities and educational sessions to conducting patient rounds and managing clinical documentation, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. This position reports to the Director of Operations and requires close collaboration with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening, prior to employment. We look for individuals who demonstrate a strong understanding of professional ethics, appropriate boundaries, and patient confidentiality.
