About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Time Behavioral Health Technician to join our growing team on the graveyard shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM PST). In this role, you will be an essential part of the treatment team, working directly to maintain client wellbeing and the integrity of our program.
You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals. Your day will involve providing emotional support, guidance, and supervision to clients and their families while ensuring a safe and comfortable residential environment. From facilitating group activities and educational sessions to conducting patient rounds and managing clinical documentation, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. This position reports to the Director of Operations and requires close collaboration with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff
- check_circleProvide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and their families
- check_circleSupport clients' comfort and safety in the residential environment
- check_circleListen attentively, document client behavior, and report observations to clinical staff
- check_circleCollect and supervise urine analysis testing, ensuring proper reporting and documentation
- check_circleConduct patient rounds every 30 minutes and complete vital signs assessments
- check_circleComplete intake assessments and consents with clients
- check_circleConduct contraband searches and random room searches
- check_circleFacilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions
- check_circleTransport clients to meetings and appointments
- check_circleProvide crisis intervention and promote a healthy residential environment
- check_circleObserve self-administration of medication and document thoroughly in logs and EMR
Requirements
