We are seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to join our Endocrine outpatient program, where we provide specialized care to children, adolescents, and families. This role is dedicated to supporting patients and their loved ones navigating the complexities of diabetes and other endocrine conditions. You will serve as a vital link between medical treatment and the psychosocial well-being of our patients, helping them manage personal, family, medical, and environmental challenges.
In this dynamic position, you will conduct psychosocial and risk assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your work will involve close collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and community agencies to ensure seamless discharge planning and ongoing outpatient support. The role requires flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, with primary duties based in Boston and occasional coverage needs in Weymouth.
New hires for this position are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The posted pay range reflects Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay offers are determined by a variety of job-related factors, including skills, experience, education, and certifications.
