About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Medical ICU to join our healthcare family. In this role, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit during your designated shift. You will collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Your day will involve assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput, participating in the ongoing assessment of patient care quality, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork. You will support a patient-first philosophy, operationalize nursing strategies like employee rounding, and assist with staff scheduling, interviewing, and training to ensure a competitively better organization.

Requirements
