Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide individual and group psychotherapy via in-person and telehealth visits
- check_circleConduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- check_circleCollaborate with psychiatrists and care team members to coordinate patient care
- check_circleMonitor treatment outcomes, adjust interventions, and support patient engagement
- check_circleDocument all clinical encounters in the electronic medical record accurately and timely
- check_circleParticipate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings to ensure best practices
- check_circleMaintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational quality standards
- check_circlePerform suicide risk assessments and develop safety plans for crisis situations
Requirements
- verifiedActive state Psychologist license (or license-eligible)
