LifeStance Health is dedicated to a culture rooted in empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care. Our Healthcare & Medical Services team provides robust clinical support, mentorship, and clear pathways for professional growth, ensuring every clinician has the resources needed to thrive while advancing their career.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for diverse patient populations through both in-person and telehealth appointments. This role exists to improve patient outcomes by collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. You will serve as a key partner in the continuum of care, bridging the gap between comprehensive psychological evaluations and actionable treatment strategies.
In your day-to-day, you will conduct clinical interviews and administer psychological tests for children, adolescents, and adults. Beyond assessment, you will prepare integrated reports that offer clear diagnoses and evidence-based recommendations for treatment and accommodations. A significant part of your impact involves leading feedback sessions with patients and families, guiding them through evaluation results and connecting them with essential school, work, and community resources. You will work alongside psychiatrists and therapists to coordinate care, ensuring assessment findings are seamlessly incorporated into broader treatment planning.
We value transparency and efficiency in our recruitment. Candidates selected for the next stage will be contacted directly to schedule an initial conversation. Following this, the process typically involves a deeper discussion regarding clinical expertise and fit with our team values. Finalists will then engage in a final review before an offer is extended.
LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic. Join a team that champions cultural competence and sensitivity in every interaction.
