The Clinical Programs Coord I serves as a vital operational hub for the program, functioning as the primary Records custodian, Community liaison, and Subject Matter Expert for the EMR system. This role ensures the seamless flow of data, client information, and community engagement required to support the program's mission.
In this capacity, you will manage the integrity of client records in a secured location, assist with intake documentation, and maintain the client waitlist. You will act as the office point of contact, managing calendars, verifying intake information, and setting up records in the EMR system. Additionally, you will build relationships within the community, exhibiting the program at events and training partners on sexual assault topics.
Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, you will also assist in onboarding new therapists, coordinating client services, and organizing regular team meetings with division employees and community therapists. As a subject matter expert, you will train new staff on best practices regarding client notes and reporting functions.
This is a time-limited position, the duration of which is determined by specific circumstances such as funding sources. The role is based at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville.
