About the Role

The Clinical Pharmacy Technician role at Central Processing is pivotal to our success. Working in a closed-door pharmacy environment, you will provide essential clinical support to patients and data entry support to our retail locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for those interested in working "behind the scenes" to improve people's everyday lives and well-being.

In this role, you will assist with both outgoing and incoming clinical call initiatives, execute Medication Therapy Management (MTM) platforms, and ensure optimal patient care through accurate data entry and follow-up adherence calls. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, collaborating with internal team members to resolve insurance billing issues and maintain seamless management of patients. Your work ensures compliance with company, state, and federal policies, including HIPAA, while contributing to the financial and operational goals of the pharmacy.
