As a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Pain Management at Sinai Hospital, you will serve as the system's expert in managing patients with pain and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). This role is designed to advance opioid stewardship and elevate patient care by developing effective, individualized pain management treatment plans. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals across the LifeBridge Health system to establish order sets and policies, providing guidance and education to promote best practices in pain management.
Beyond direct patient care, you will lead pain stewardship activities for the facility while working with pharmacists and multidisciplinary committees. The position offers significant opportunities to mentor and educate pharmacy residents, students, staff, and professionals from other disciplines. You will also drive practice advancement through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, formulary management, and coordination of EHR enhancements.
