This position serves as a vital part of our Complex Care Services program, working under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The core mission of this role is to train family members in high-need situations throughout the valley to implement and sustain effective behavioral interventions within the context of their daily lives.
You will be part of a close-knit clinical team where collaboration and treatment planning are constant. The day-to-day involves administering behavioral intervention strategies, collecting data, and communicating with parents and families in a manner that emphasizes family-centered services. This is a full-time role (30+ hours/week) with a flexible schedule (M-F, 10 AM - 6 PM) and the opportunity to work in various environments, including client homes, schools, hospitals, and residential facilities.
This role is designed as an excellent opportunity for career development for future psychologists, behavior analysts, and counselors. We foster a culture of ongoing learning, research, and innovative clinical treatment. New team members participate in a thorough, one-month, competency-based training residency.
We offer robust professional development, including twice-monthly presentations, quarterly continuing education events, and opportunities to work in different modalities. After six months of service, eligible employees may receive free BCBA supervision.
