About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead a dynamic team of Dietitians at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. In this acute care setting, you will promote innovative nutrition programs and elevate patient care through evidence-based practice. This role is designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is ready to shape the future of clinical nutrition services.

As a leader, you will guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while designing and implementing clinical nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans to promote recovery, and providing education on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, and staff. You will also partner with interdisciplinary teams on QAPI initiatives and collaborate with food service leadership on menu and nutrition formulary management to ensure regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.
