The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes within the Medical PCU population. This role functions as a leader within the three spheres of influence: Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, and Organization/System. As an active participant in the nursing leadership team, you will drive improvements in a designated specialty practice.
This position supports the Medical PCU area, requiring a background in PCU or Critical Care. The role is eligible for TN sponsorship and offers a flexible schedule to meet patient needs and workload demands, typically operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes depending on business needs. There are no weekend or call requirements.
