The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes within the Medical Surgical specialty population. This role functions as a leader within the three spheres of influence: Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, and Organization/System. As an active participant in the nursing leadership team, the CNS drives initiatives that enhance care delivery and professional standards.
This position is eligible for TN sponsorship and offers a flexible schedule to meet patient needs and workload demands. The role typically operates Monday through Friday, with hours generally from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, though flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes is available depending on business needs. There are no weekend or on-call requirements.
