As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within your unit or department during your designated shift. This role exists to bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency, allowing you to focus on what you do best while the hospital provides robust staffing support, streamlined technology, and ongoing clinical education.
In collaboration with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies. You will serve as a vital resource for staff, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience. Your day will involve partnering with a multidisciplinary team to customize care delivery, assisting with admission and discharge processes, and working with subject matter experts to improve outcomes. Additionally, you will play a key role in staff development by providing coaching, feedback, and training, as well as assisting with scheduling to ensure the team is fully equipped to meet patient needs.
