About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit or department during your designated shift. This role exists to bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency, allowing you to focus on what you do best while supporting your team.

In this position, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver care, assist with admission and discharge processes, and collaborate with subject matter experts to improve outcomes. You will serve as a vital resource for staff, providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
