About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) serves as a vital leader within the Neuro Trauma unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role exists to bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency, directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care to support unparalleled patient experiences and strong clinical outcomes. You will act as a resource for staff, modeling our organization's vision and values while collaborating with management to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

In this position, you will drive the unit's success by operationalizing nursing strategies such as employee rounding and service recovery initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the team by participating in the selection, training, and development of new staff, while also managing practical aspects of labor scheduling to meet patient care needs. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through your commitment to efficient admission and discharge processes, ongoing quality assessments, and the management of inventory and supplies. By supporting a patient-first philosophy, you will help create an environment where both staff and patients thrive.
