About the Role
As a Clinical Medical Assistant/Surgery Scheduler, you will become a vital member of our team, supporting both clinical and back-office operations. Your day will involve rooming patients, performing postoperative wound care, triaging patient calls, and scheduling surgeries across various hospitals. This role requires a positive and upbeat attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
While on-the-job training is provided, candidates must have medical experience, with orthopaedic experience preferred. A key aspect of this position involves traveling to our offices in the North Hills, Seven Fields, Robinson, and Fox Chapel areas, with a primary focus on the Seven Fields office.
