Our team includes professionals from various fields working across 17 facilities throughout Bennington County.
We believe a dynamic and inclusive workforce will strengthen our organization and enhance the services we provide. Therefore, it is our goal to hire a diverse workforce and cultivate a culture where our employees feel accepted and included, hold a valued place within our organization, and are equally able to contribute to their fullest extent.
The Clinical Manager serves as a vital leader within our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Treatment Coordination Management (TCM) services. Under the direction of the Assistant Director, you will provide oversight, guidance, and supervision to a team of clinicians, coordinators, and case managers. You will provide assessment, individual, and group therapy to individuals and families dealing with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Beyond clinical care, you will act as a liaison with statewide and community agencies, developing programs to meet community needs and providing consultation and education to the broader professional community.
UCS offers a rewarding experience making a difference in the community, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, generous paid time off, and a full suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance. We invest in your growth with career development opportunities, free clinical supervision towards licensure, and loan repayment and tuition assistance programs.
