We utilize a Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) to seamlessly transmit diagnostic images to any Methodist credentialed physician or hospital for immediate follow-up.

About the Role
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist III, you will be a vital part of our team, performing complex medical laboratory tests essential for the diagnosis and treatment of disease. This role goes beyond routine testing; you will analyze results with full accountability, maintain complicated instrumentation, and manage quality control and assurance programs. You will also serve as a resource to colleagues within and outside the department, ensuring compliance with accrediting agencies and regulatory standards.
In this position, you will anticipate the need for new methods and technology, evaluating them based on customer needs and cost benefits. You will manage special projects from planning to completion, coordinating resources and timelines while keeping management informed. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be key as you troubleshoot equipment and implement corrective actions to ensure the highest standards of care.
