About the Role
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) serves as a vital resource within the Laboratory, working under the supervision of the Section Supervisor or Lead. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in an environment of wild growth and enthusiastic collaboration. You will perform technical and complex laboratory analyses across various sections, including Chemistry, Blood Bank, Hematology, Histology, Microbiology, and more.
In this position, you will not only execute tests but also act as a key problem-solver. You will recognize deviations from expected results, analyze issues, and modify procedures to eliminate technical challenges. As a resource person for hospital staff, you will answer questions, resolve technical irregularities, and assist peers. Additionally, you may be called upon to assume the responsibilities of a Section Supervisor or Lead in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
