The Clinical Kit Coordinator is a pivotal role within our Clinical Kit Department, dedicated to supporting the assembly and release of clinical kits for trials worldwide. This position exists to ensure client expectations are met while maintaining the highest level of quality through effective communication, customer service, and organizational excellence.
In this role, you will coordinate the collection kits across clinical trials, working closely with study leads, procurement, and lab operations to acquire necessary protocol information. You will centralize and streamline clinical kit processes to minimize lead times and errors, ensuring that every kit is assembled, documented, and quality-controlled before shipping to clinical sites. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and success of life-saving research.
