The Clinical Field Manager serves as a vital leader for a team of field clinicians, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring that every patient receives coordinated, compassionate support in their home or community setting.
In this position, you will mentor staff and support their professional growth while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care plans. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with home health regulations and clinical standards, reviewing documentation to drive quality improvement, and addressing escalated patient and family concerns with professionalism.
