About the Role
In this position, you will guide students to do more than change their own lives—you will help change the lives of every patient they care for throughout their career. You will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion with the next generation of nurses.
You will oversee the clinical instructor team within the Vocational Nursing Program, ensuring high-quality clinical education and compliance with program standards. Primarily working in the field, you will visit clinical sites to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to regulatory standards. Your role involves hiring, onboarding, and training clinical faculty, conducting site visits and observations, and supporting clinical instruction operations across assigned sites.
