As a Clinical Educator, you will serve as a vital resource for nursing staff, developing and implementing educational programs tailored to their needs. You will also collaborate with department managers and administrative staff to align educational initiatives with hospital policies while evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
To apply, nurses must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. While a Master's Degree in Nursing Education or a related field and 3-5 years of clinical experience are preferred, the role strongly values experience in education and staff development. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification being a plus.
