About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Educator is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of education and practice programs for clinical staff. The primary mission of this role is to promote the provision of a superior patient experience for patients and their families. You will coordinate and manage house-wide educational programs and resources that support clinical educators and leaders at the unit and department levels.

In this position, you will manage key house-wide or multidepartmental programs to support the education needs of clinical staff. You will design educational programs that are cost-effective, meet the needs of adult learners, and are based upon sound educational principles. The role requires analyzing developmental and educational needs and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities to ensure they meet and/or exceed national standards for continuing education requirements.
