About the Role

This leadership position is designed for certified BCBAs who want to champion clinical excellence and mentor a dedicated team of world changers. You will have the autonomy to design treatment plans based on specific client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates, fully utilizing your expertise and tools. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care with integrity, prioritizing meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours.

You will collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources to support your work.
